Izon Science enables scientists to isolate and measure their nanoparticles of interest with precision. With customers working across a range of applications, including extracellular vesicle (EV)-based diagnostics developed using small plasma volumes, through to EV-based therapeutics created from tens or hundreds of litres of cell culture, EV isolation solutions span off-the-shelf size exclusion chromatography-based qEV columns paired with automated instrumentation through to customised bioprocess development and optimisation.
In addition to precise isolation, high-resolution physical characterisation is another key pillar. The Exoid, Izon’s tunable resistive pulse sensing instrument uniquely provides single-particle insights into particle size, concentration and zeta potential – parameters which are critical to drug delivery and vaccine development, as well as the EV field.
